Shipping Policy
Shipping/Handling Policy: All phone & fax orders incur an additional $3 handling charge. We ship to U.S. & Canadian addresses only, normally within 1-3 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please choose the appropriate method as specified at checkout. Signatures may be required on UPS shipments and we can not give any instructions to the delivery person. The shipping charges on our website are the actual rates charged by USPS. We primarily use USPS because it’s the only method of shipping that our shopping cart will automatically calculate and also because of their reliability and online tracking feature. If shipping to an APO/FPO address, you MUST choose the $10 flat rate APO/FPO option. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and would like for us to ship your order via USPS flat rate box for $10, choose the APO/FPO shipping option at checkout. Do NOT choose this option if you live in any other state. If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had.
